Truffle Mushroom On Toast
- Sauté finely chopped onions
- Garlic and green chillies until translucent in some truffle butter.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft
- Add salt to taste and some chopped parsley
- Add a teaspoon of truffle oil and mix it all together.
Toast your favourite sourdough, spread some herbed cream cheese and add the mushroom mixture. Put some more drops of truffle oil on top to enhance the flavour and aroma!
